Grosta Services Private limited ("we" and "us") is the operator of (//grosta.in) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

  • We pride ourselves in our fast shipping and try to get all orders out the same business day but if not, it will go out the next business day!
  • Orders placed before 12 PM - IST will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
  • We ship on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
  • We now ship orders all over Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
  • Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
  • Unfortunately, we have absolutely no control over customs and are not held responsible for delayed shipments by customs.
  • Although extreme custom delays are very rare, they can happen from time to time. We thank you for your patience in such cases.
  • If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Return Policy:

Grosta Services Private limited will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 10 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order but if you're not, you have 10 days to return any unopened item(s).
